Boo and I picked these French Breakfast radishes from the garden today.
I thought they would go perfect with the herbed butter we made for the Brunch at the Coop.
Here is the recipe:
1/4 pound unsalted butter
1 1/2 teaspoons minced scallions
1 1/2 teaspoons minced fresh dill
1 1/2 teaspoons chopped parsley
1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon French sea salt
Pinch of fresh ground pepper
Whip heavy cream with hand mixer until it becomes butter. Then add all the follow ingredients in the bowl and continue to mix on low speed until combined. Do not mix too much, just enough so that all the herbs are throughout the butter. This herbed butter is delicious!
