What an amazing day we had for our First Annual BOHO Farmers/Flea Market!
Our street was packed with cars non stop from 8am-1pm...
We sold out of almost everything at our farm stand...
we can hardly wait for the next one.
It was a great time of building community in the city thru the arts,
organic urban farming and beauty!
The Phoenix New Times put the event down on their food blog
as "the thing to do over the weekend" and that day alone we had over a 150 map requests.
The market in the early morning hours...
Emily one of our sweet vendors from EA Designs
mid morning
Our farm fresh salsa that sold like hotcakes
organic onions and garlic that were harvested that morning
Cinnamon free ranging thru the market
Our fresh eggs, hand harvested seeds and fresh picked herbs
Jewelry from DIBO
CrisTea
My good friend Jill, from Sweet Life Garden
Look for here Edible Arcadia Tour coming up May 15...
our Boho Farm will be on the tour too.
French flour sack memo boards, beautifully painted garden cans and Chalk One Up To Love.
Nick our neighborhood welder was here...That cool trellis is now part of our Boho Farm
and I LOVE it!
Tons of vintage
You can go out to our BOHO Farm and Home Facebook page
to see more pictures and if you haven't already, become our fan!
Thanks to our dear friend Karina who not only had a booth but took all these pictures for us!
And to Sarah who made us this great bulletin board!
Looks like absolutely gorgeous weather. Congrats on all the success of the day. I definitely would have snapped up some of that salsa. Have a great rest of the week. Tammy
